This policy explains what information MAMBZ (“we”) collects when you use mambz.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to reply to you.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email or phone number, company (optional) and your message, plus the page you sent it from, the language and an approximate country derived from your connection.
• Link clicks: we count clicks on WhatsApp and similar buttons (for example “industry: retail”). These counts are not linked to you.
• Website analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. We use click counts and analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Services we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores contact-form messages, and forwards them to our email.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles conversations you start through our WhatsApp buttons, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Gabster provides the AI assistant chat on the site. What you type there is processed by Gabster under its own policy.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on the site.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@mambz.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
